I had the pleasure of joining Andra from Sourdough Explained in her home kitchen, where I witnessed the magic of sourdough come to life. From mixing flour and water to the final golden bake, every step was a mixture of skill and passion. Distinct from my usual studio work, capturing the authenticity and warmth of Andra's process was an experience unlike any other. Beyond photography, we ventured into video content creation, bringing the bread-making journey to life.
